Psychotherapist in London - BACP registered

About me

London therapist WC1B

I am a London therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I became a therapist after a long career in the arts. It was a job that gave me an in depth understanding of human nature, the challenges that life can present us with and the difficulties you may be experiencing - the anxiety, depression and trauma that can be so problematic to live with, the complex relationships, past and present, we struggle to understand and make sense of, and the self-doubt and lack of self-worth we might face throughout our lives.

During that time I volunteered with The Samaritans. It gave me an initial insight into Mental Health, which motivated me to learn more and make the change to psychotherapy.

The integrative model of psychotherapy I practice means I can use a variety of approaches and ideas to ensure that your sessions are always focused in a way that best suits you and puts your needs at the heart of everything.
