About me

Issues I work with -

I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, the effects of earlier experiences including trauma, BPD, ADHD related emotional overwhelm, grief and loss, and difficulties with emotional regulation
I offer psychotherapy in London and I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults both in person and online.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in the arts. That experience shaped how I understand people and the ways we adapt, present ourselves and keep parts of ourselves hidden. It left me comfortable working with emotional complexity, uncertainty and experiences that are not easy to explain, and this continues to shape how I work with clients.
Alongside this, I volunteered with The Samaritans. Sitting with people during moments of real distress showed me the importance of being listened to with care, patience and without judgement. It was a formative experience and played a significant role in my decision to retrain as a therapist.
In our sessions, I work carefully and attentively, taking time to understand what matters to you rather than rushing to conclusions or solutions. I am interested in how things have come to feel the way they do for you, and in working at a pace that feels manageable.
