About me

Issues I work with -

People come to me for many different reasons — sometimes with a clear sense of what’s wrong, and sometimes with only a feeling that something isn’t right. Whatever you’re facing, you’re welcome here.

I work with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including:

-
Anxiety and panic attacks (including generalised anxiety and social anxiety)
-
Low mood, depression, and feelings of hopelessness
-
Low self-esteem, self-criticism, and a lack of confidence
-
Relationship problems and attachment difficulties
-
The impact of trauma or difficult childhood experiences
-
PTSD and complex trauma
-
ADHD and emotional overwhelm
-
Grief, loss, and bereavement
-
Anger, shame, and difficulties with emotional regulation
You don’t need to have a diagnosis or a label to seek help. Whether your struggle is recent or something you’ve carried for years, we can work together and make the changes you need for a positive future.
I offer psychotherapy in London and I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults both in person and online.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in the arts. It was a world that gave me a deep understanding of human nature - of the difficulties we carry, the masks we put on, and the emotions we often struggle to express. That experience still shapes the way I work: with warmth, attentiveness, and a real respect for the complexity of each person I meet.

Along the way, I volunteered with The Samaritans. It was an experience that gave me an early insight into what human beings try to cope with alone and the power of being truly listened to. It played a big part in my decision to retrain as a therapist.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to provide you with a bespoke therapy that puts your needs at the heart of everything and supports you in a way that feels right for you. Some people come wanting to explore their past; others want to process something more immediate. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a thoughtful, compassionate approach where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
Together we will bring back clarity, control and meaningful change to your life.
