About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work as an integrative psychotherapist for adults in London and online.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in creative environments. That experience shaped how I observe, listen, and make sense of human behaviour and emotional life. It left me comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and experiences that can be hard to articulate or understand. I’ve seen how people adapt, hide, or push themselves in order to cope, belong, or feel safe, and how creativity often provides a way to process, escape, or explore emotions and difficult experiences.

Alongside this, I volunteered with The Samaritans. Sitting with people in moments of real distress taught me about the importance of presence, patience, and supporting someone when there are no easy solutions. These experiences strongly influenced my decision to retrain as a therapist and the way I work today.

I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, the effects of earlier experiences including trauma, emotional overwhelm, grief, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also have experience supporting people with ADHD and BPD/EUPD.

In therapy, I focus on understanding how your experiences, patterns, and responses have developed, and what they reveal about what matters most to you. I pay close attention to the interplay of past and present, noticing the ways your creativity, relationships, and emotional life influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. The aim is insight, clarity, and increased choice, rather than quick fixes or techniques.

My approach is reflective, responsive, and emotionally attuned, helping people make sense of their experiences in a safe, non-judgmental, and attentive space, focusing on what feels most pressing or significant to them.
