About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work as an integrative psychotherapist with adults in London and online.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in the arts. It was an experience that deepened my curiosity about people, relationships, and the complexity of emotional life. It introduced me to the many ways we adapt, cope, and find our place in the world, and gave me an appreciation of the experiences that shape who we become.
Alongside this, I volunteered with The Samaritans. This taught me the importance of presence, patience, and being able to sit alongside someone in moments of difficulty without rushing to offer solutions or move too quickly towards change. These experiences continue to influence the way I work today.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma and the effects of earlier experiences, emotional overwhelm, grief, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also have experience supporting people with ADHD and BPD/EUPD.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches to meet each person as an individual. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and that understanding your experiences within the context of your life, relationships, and history is an important part of creating meaningful change.
I work in a reflective, relational, and compassionate way. Therapy is a space where we can take time to explore what you have experienced, how you relate to yourself and others, and what may help you move towards greater clarity, choice, and emotional freedom.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say or having everything figured out. We can begin wherever you are.
